Submit a case study — get two months of Agency
Fixed compliance gaps on your site with WebAuditFix? Send us the before-and-after and a short write-up. Approved submissions receive two months of Agency-tier access — and go live at /case-studies/ as a real example of the workflow.
Two months of Agency-tier access on approval — credited to your existing account, no card needed. Agency-tier gives you white-label PDFs, multi-site dashboards, and scheduled re-scans.
Q3 2026 pilot — capped at 10 approved submissions.
Who can submit
Anyone who ran a WebAuditFix scan, fixed things on the site, and re-scanned to confirm a measurable improvement. That means:
- Site owners — audit your own domain, fix it, tell us the story.
- Agencies and consultants — audit a client's site, fix it, submit with the client's written consent to publish.
- Solo devs, IT teams, freelancers — same as agencies; consent from the site owner where you're not that owner.
What to send
Email the following to the address below. Plain text is fine.
- Your name, email, and role (site owner / agency / consultant / freelancer / other).
- The audited site URL.
-
Two scan URLs — a "before" and an "after".
Copy them from your browser's address bar; they look like
https://webauditfix.com/results/<uuid>. We verify both against our database at review time. - A short write-up (300–500 words). What compelled you to scan; what tools you used to fix the issues (an AI assistant, human dev team, agency partner, etc.); which fixes were quick wins vs. harder; anything that surprised you.
- Optional: up to three screenshots showing your workflow (chat window, IDE session, dashboard). No need to send screenshots of the scan scores themselves — we have those.
-
Consent. If you're the site owner, no extra
step — the submission itself is your consent. If you're
not the site owner (agency, consultant, freelancer), send the
consent statement from an email address at the audited
site's own domain. For example, a case study on
acme-inc.comneeds the consent line sent from an@acme-inc.comaddress. This is a lightweight proxy for "the site's own team agreed to publish", and we verify the sender domain matches at review time.
How we verify
Every submission runs through six automated checks before human review. This is transparent so you know what to expect:
| # | Check | Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Both scan IDs resolve to complete scans in our database | Required |
| 2 | Both scans target the same site (normalized URL match) | Required |
| 3 | Overall score improvement | ≥ 15 points |
| 4 | Time between the two scans | 24 hours to 6 months |
| 5 | Site is not one of our own dogfood domains | Required |
| 6 | Consent email sent from an address on the audited site's domain (only when submitter is not the site owner) | Required |
If all six pass, a human reads the write-up and either approves or requests one small round of edits. We aim to respond within three business days.
What happens on approval
- Your write-up is lightly edited for tone consistency and published at
/case-studies/<your-site-slug>. - The published page links to both scan URLs so anyone can verify the numbers independently.
- Your two months of Agency-tier are credited to your existing account. If you're currently on the founder trial, they add to the end of your trial period. If you're on a paid tier, they add to the end of your current billing cycle.
- You get an email confirming the URL where your case study went live and the credit that landed on your account.
Fine print. Programme runs during Q3 2026, capped at 10 approvals; we may extend or pause at our discretion. Reward is two months of Agency-tier access — non-transferable, no cash equivalent, single account only. Submissions may be declined for any reason including quality, tone, or brand alignment; declined submitters receive a brief note explaining why. Takedown. If a site owner objects to publication of a case study concerning their site — whether they consented earlier or not — email [email protected] and we will unpublish within one business day, no questions asked. Data Vision IT Consulting Limited is the publisher; standard Terms and Privacy Policy apply to any material you send us.
