WebAuditFix is published by Data Vision IT Consulting Limited. The contact paths below are monitored on a best-effort basis during Irish business hours (Monday–Friday); there is no 24/7 hotline. For published expectations on emergency / security response, see the dedicated channels below rather than the general enquiry inbox.

2. Security vulnerability disclosure

If you've found a security issue in WebAuditFix or any of our online services, please disclose it responsibly via:

• Email: [email protected] — please use a clear subject line ("Security disclosure — <short summary>")
• Machine-readable contact: see /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116) or /security.txt

Please provide steps to reproduce, the version / commit you tested against (if known), and any proof-of-concept that helps us understand the impact. We acknowledge reports within 5 working days and aim to fix high-severity issues within 30 days. We don't currently run a paid bug bounty but are happy to credit researchers in release notes.

3. NIS2 incident reporting (partners + regulators)

If you are a partner, supplier, or regulatory authority reporting a cybersecurity incident that affects WebAuditFix or Data Vision IT Consulting Limited — including incidents in shared supply chains per Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2) — please contact:

Where the matter is time-sensitive, please mark it URGENT in the subject line. Reports received outside business hours will be picked up the next working day. We will acknowledge initial receipt within 24 hours for clearly-marked NIS2 incident reports.

• Stripe payment disputes or refunds for the Premium Compliance PDF — raise these through your bank or via Stripe Dashboard's refund flow in the first instance; we will respond to chargebacks via Stripe.
• Outbound sales / marketing pitches — please understand we don't respond to cold-pitch emails.
• Recruiting outreach — no current openings.
