WebAuditFix is published by Data Vision IT Consulting Limited. The contact paths below are monitored on a best-effort basis during Irish business hours (Monday–Friday); there is no 24/7 hotline. For published expectations on emergency / security response, use the direct channels further down rather than the general contact form.

2. Security vulnerability disclosure

If you've found a security issue in WebAuditFix or any of our online services, please disclose it responsibly via:

• Email: privacy [at] datavision.ie — please use a clear subject line ("Security disclosure — <short summary>")
• Machine-readable contact: see /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116) or /security.txt

Please provide steps to reproduce, the version / commit you tested against (if known), and any proof-of-concept that helps us understand the impact. We acknowledge reports within 5 working days and aim to fix high-severity issues within 30 days. We don't currently run a paid bug bounty but are happy to credit researchers in release notes.

• Stripe payment disputes or refunds for the Premium Compliance PDF — raise these through your bank or via Stripe Dashboard's refund flow in the first instance; we will respond to chargebacks via Stripe.
• Outbound sales / marketing pitches — please understand we don't respond to cold-pitch emails.
• Recruiting outreach — no current openings.
