Do I need a subscription to use WebAuditFix?
No. The single-URL audit on the homepage is free for anyone — 100+ checks across security, GDPR, AI-search, technical SEO, and WCAG accessibility, with a downloadable Premium PDF + per-finding fix guides. The portal subscription unlocks multi-site workflows: a dashboard for tracking many sites, scheduled re-scans, scan history, client report sharing, and tier-specific features like white-label PDFs.
What's the difference between Pro and Founder?
Pro fits a consultant running audits for a handful of clients each month. Founder adds white-label PDF (your branding only, no WebAuditFix attribution), bulk scheduling (set every client to re-scan weekly automatically), a 10-concurrent-scan ceiling for big audit days, and triples the site + scan limits — built for compliance-audit firms running this as a delivered service.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the portal billing page. Stripe pro-rates the change automatically; you only pay for the time on each tier.
What happens if I exceed my scan or site limit?
The portal blocks new scans / new sites until you upgrade or the period rolls over. No surprise overage charges. If your needs change mid-month we can pro-rate an upgrade on the spot.
How does VAT work?
All prices on this page are ex-VAT (the convention for EU B2B SaaS, since most buyers reclaim it). Irish VAT (23%) is added at checkout for Irish customers and EU customers without a valid VAT number; valid EU VAT numbers are reverse-charged automatically by Stripe.
Is the data my own?
Yes. We process scan URLs + results under Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR to deliver the service you requested. Subscription billing records are retained per Irish tax law (six years). Full detail in the Privacy Policy and the Standards & Methodology page.
